This page shows the full sign-up form people fill in at homewardtext.com/signup, with the box they tick to agree to texts. It's a picture of the form for reference. Nothing on this page can be sent.
1. About you
Use the mobile number you'll text from. It must be your own.
US numbers only. We text this number once to confirm.
For receipts and account notices.
2. The person inside
Also called a register, inmate, booking or DOC number.
The full name of the prison or jail, and the state.
3. Check and confirm
Ticking this box is up to you. You can still sign up without it, but we can't text you until you agree.
The renewal line below the boxes shows the plan the person chose. Essential is chosen at first.
Free for 48 hours. After the 48-hour free trial, your Essential plan renews at $12.99 a month until you cancel. Cancel anytime online at homewardtext.com/account. We text a reminder before the trial ends. Card or digital wallet only.

- The box to get texts starts unticked, and it isn't required to sign up.
- If they tick it, we send one confirmation text. Nothing else is sent until they reply YES.
- We record the words they agreed to (version HT-WEB-2026-10-v1) and the time.
- Only the person who owns the number can sign it up.
- Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. See our texting terms.
