Who we are
HomewardText is a trade name of BridgeComm Unity Networks, 4400 Brownsville Rd, Ste 105 PMB 3201, Powder Springs, GA 30127, United States. BridgeComm Unity Networks is responsible for your information. BridgeComm Unity Networks also operates other text services under the names Lazos Familia and GoodWordText. Each service keeps its own customer records.
The short version
- We collect what we need to send your messages and run your account.
- We don't sell your information.
- We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
- We delete message words and pictures after 90 days.
- This site sets no cookies and has no ads or tracking.
What we collect
When you sign up or use a form
- Your name, mobile number, and email if you give it.
- How you're related to the person inside.
- Their name, their ID number if you give it, and their facility.
- What you write in a form.
- Whether you agreed to get texts, the exact words you agreed to, and when.
When you use the service
- The words and pictures in messages between you and the person inside.
- Your conversations with Homeward Helper, our automated assistant.
- Account records: dates, times, phone numbers, delivery status and orders. These records don't include what you wrote.
- Your replies of YES, STOP and HELP, and when you sent them.
Payments
You pay on a secure payment page run by our payment processor. We don't see or keep your full card number.
What we never collect
We never ask you to type passwords, PINs or security answers into this site or a text. Please don't send them.
How we use it
- To send your messages and bring back their replies.
- To send extras you order, like photo prints and cards.
- To text you about your account, like your confirmation, trial reminder and pause notices.
- To bill you, answer you, and keep the service safe.
- To follow the law and facility rules.
We don't use your information for ads.
Our automated assistant
Homeward Helper is an automated assistant. It uses your account details and your conversations with it to answer you. Your conversations with it are deleted after 90 days, like other messages. We never use them to train AI, and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
- The facility's messaging system. To send your message, we put it into the messaging system the facility uses. That system and facility staff can see it. They keep their own copies under their own rules, which we can't delete.
- Companies that help us run the service. For example, our text-message provider, our payment processor, our website host and our printing and mail partners. They may only use your information to do that work for us.
- When the law requires it. For example, a valid court order. We only share what we must.
We do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
We don't sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it

Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. We don't use ads, analytics or tracking tools. Our forms don't store anything in your browser.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Cancel your plan at homewardtext.com/account.
- Ask us to see, fix or delete your information through our contact form. We may need to keep some records, like your text-message permission records, when the law requires.
Keeping it safe
We use secure connections and limit who on our team can see your information. No system is perfect, so if something goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Age
HomewardText is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you first.
